Can you de me a big favour. Will you try an access the hidden menu as it shows you how to do it but I cannot get mine to work by flashing the main beam switch 3 times while holding down the menu button. Nothing happens. To access the hidden menus you hold the menu button down and switch the headlamps on off 3 times by rotating the switch not pulling for full beam be careful it is possible to alter settings that may lock the system down and this is not covered under warranty!

The picture on the manual shows the main beam tell tale in Blue lit up so I just assumed that was what you did although it is unclear as the description tells you to operate the Dimmer switch.
